Seeing how he orders Fen around makes it look like he is higher ranking, but they also talk to each other like very old friends. 

He's a rough lady's man with a big personality, but when he's at his work, they say he's so efficient it's like a whole other person. 

There are very few who actually know what his job is, and despite his outgoing, friendly personality he is still full of hidden facets.

Awoken Kane

A lonely person from the Republic of Gramenia, dressed in a tentative figure that has endured the world. 

He climbed to that position at a young age, so many political opponents aren't happy with him, but those opponents are cleverly held down by the most trusted Chief of Staff, Fen. 

He is the one who once found and promoted Fen. 

While giving top priority to the prosperity of his country, he keeps his eyes on the path he should take between the future of the world and the truth of history.
