One of the six witches in "Grimm Stella," a coven of witches written abut in ancient histories, Selia is a master of ice magic, and possesses a reckless personality that sees her curiosity guiding her every action.

 

Oblivious to her surroundings, once she sets her mind to something, it's almost certainly going to cause some serious damage.. 

She caused countless incidents prior to the Great War, receiving the nickname "Trouble Witch."

Ice Queen Selia

Selia traveled the world, eventually encountering a soldier whose life she had inadvertently saved. Bored of his pleas to kill him, she suddenly realized she had a plan. 

"He can definitely kill you," she said, pointing at the archer who conveniently walked by. 

In moments, the dragon soldier and archer began to fight. 

Happy that her plan had succeeded, she strolled off to observe the furious battle raging in Thaumazein Plain at the peak of summer.
